Terms of Service

Welcome to Hiroshi Nagai Print. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Products
All artwork is reproduced as high-quality prints and posters, made to order. Colors may vary slightly between screens and the printed product due to differences in monitors and the printing process. All designs, images, and content on this site are protected and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without permission.

2. Orders
When you place an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is produced and shipped.

4. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns and refunds
Because our products are made to order, please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details on damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

6. Intellectual property
